Prestressed Steel Material-Allocation Path and Construction Using Intelligent Digital Twins

This study is aimed at the fact that material allocation and construction progress cannot be intelligently controlled in of prestressed steel structures. An intelligent planning method a material-allocation path for steel-structure construction, based on digital twins (DTs), proposed. Firstly, characteristics process structural are analyzed, five-dimensional integrated DT framework path-planning built. Driven by framework, environmental information site collected real time. At same time, field working conditions dynamically simulated virtual model, so as to realize interactive mapping between physical space space. In each process, integrating location, storage materials, multidimensional model formed. The fusion carried out using an entropy analyze buffer time location site. On this basis, combined with Dijkstra algorithm, transportation associated calculated according distribution location. A feasibility analysis imported into dynamic-marking system.
